Safari Studio is built by Virtues Media, a software company in Windhoek, Namibia, that builds for safari operators and DMCs.
Why it exists
Virtues Media is a software company in Windhoek. Safari operators and DMCs kept running a trip across a mailbox, a spreadsheet and a folder of quotes, so we built one system for the whole trip, from the email that starts it to the vehicle that drives it.
It is built around how safari work is done: supplier rates, holds and the fleet were in it before anything else, and the proposals, quotes and payment tools follow the trip from the first enquiry to the last invoice.
Who you deal with
The Safari Studio team does your onboarding call: we set up your workspace, import your deals and suppliers or your contacts with you, and show you the product with your own trips.
Safari Studio is sold by Virtues Media LLC, registered in the United States, which is the party to your subscription and holds the payment account. Prices are in US dollars.
