The trial is the Max plan with everything in it. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only and export stays open; nothing is deleted for 90 days. Pick a plan and you carry on where you left off.
FAQ
No. Google Workspace mailboxes sync both ways. Any other provider works today through your own forwarding address, and direct IMAP sync is next. Personal @gmail.com addresses are not supported.
No. It was built in Namibia and the lodge directory already covers about 350 lodges in Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia and Kenya. You add your own suppliers anywhere.
Any. Each amount is stored with the exchange rate of the day it was written, beside its value in your home currency, so margins stay correct when rates move.
Yes. Contacts, deals and their history import from HubSpot, and supplier lists and rate sheets import from spreadsheets. We do the first import with you on the onboarding call.
Only your team. Rates, contacts, documents and photos are private to your organisation, enforced in the database itself. The shared lodge directory holds names and map points, never rates.
Proposals, quotes, invoices and the client form carry your logo and colours. On Pro and Max they carry nothing of ours. Lite adds a small Powered by Safari Studio line.
